Nicholas Provenzano, Construction Project Manager

Nicholas Provenzano serves as a construction Project Manager, and has recently completed the multi-million-dollar renovation of the Moses MRI Suite modernization and expansion, located at Montefiore Medical Center’s Moses Campus. Currently, he is overseeing projects with NYU Langone Medical Center. Other projects include the construction of a new Cardiology office suite located in Manhasset, NY, and the Rivergate/Fink Children’s Ambulatory Care Center. As an accomplished construction management professional, his experience includes work with hospitals, schools and institutions. His responsibilities have ranged from managing and supervising all phases of construction projects, from planning, to budgeting, bid preparation, cost estimating, contract negotiations, and scheduling.

Mr. Provenzano has worked directly for the Director of Design and Construction for the Columbia University Medical Center. Some projects included the supervision of off-site medical and dental offices for the School of Public Health and the School of Dentistry, in addition to laboratory and office renovations. He also has an extensive HVAC background, having served as vice president of an HVAC company where he managed projects for the State of New York, City of New York and private clients. Exemplifying exceptional technical and interpersonal skills, he is a true believer that the customer comes first and is highly committed to customer relations. This philosophy fits perfectly with what Hellman Construction is built on, and we are proud to have him on our team. Mr. Provenzano has a degree in Business from St. John’s University.
