Ronald K. Hellman, President
Ronald Hellman is President of Hellman Construction. Mr. Hellman oversees all company projects, provides support to all of his project managers, performs the purchasing function of the company and negotiates with subcontractors in order to obtain the best fit for each project. He functions as the actuary of the company and meets regularly with clients to develop construction strategies. Mr. Hellman remains personally involved in all aspects of a project, ensuring all processes are completed above and beyond client expectations. He continues to follow the example set by his father and company founder, Jack Hellman, by always making the time to give personalized attention to every client and displaying honest, high-quality work.
Mr. Hellman began his career as a Project Manager and Project Executive. He later assumed the role of President in the mid-seventies, passionately growing the company beyond its roots in residential and commercial construction by cultivating strong relationships with new clients in the healthcare and education sectors. By expanding the firm's portfolio, Mr. Hellman has successfully guided Hellman Construction through downturns in the economy, and has placed the company in a strong position in the construction industry. Mr. Hellman’s goal is not to be the biggest company, but to be the best. He attributes the company’s success to its team approach to every project.
Mr. Hellman is routinely asked how Hellman Construction has maintained relationships with institutions for over 40 years. “We believe that every day is our first day. We never become complacent. Challenges will always occur, but it is how you deal with these issues that make you a better firm.”
Mr. Hellman has an Associate Degree and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management.
